Jastin Diemsen

Growing up filmmaking has never been a part of my life up until recently in the last few years. Back then I’ve always wanted to do some type of engineering through out my life but I never felt happy pursuing it. This changed in 2020 where I was at the lowest point of my life. After I graduated that same year I felt lost not knowing what to do with my life. I took a gamble and choose to pursue Graphic Design at Virginia Peninsula Community College (VPCC). This led me to discover a passion in art and eventually an intro into video. After graduating from VPCC with an Associates in Graphic Design in Summer 2022 I pursued Graphic Design again at Old Dominion University (ODU) in Fall 2022. However after a couple months of the semester I found about Cinema & TV Production and immediately switched my major. As of now I am working towards my Bachelors in Cinema & TV Production with an expected graduation in Fall 2024.
